Getting Started
On this page you will be introduced to the involved steps when establishing an API connection with ECU WORLDWIDE.
Sign up
To use the REST API products offered by ECU WORLDWIDE, you will need to register as a user on the ECU WORLDWIDE developer portal via the sign-up form.
Note: An email with an activation link will be sent to you after signing up. Please click on the activation link in the email to finalize the registration.
Product subscription
After sign in you will be able to subscribe to any of our products. Our products are divided into a sandbox and a production counter part. The sandbox environment is an exact replica of the production environment, with that difference that your actions will not reach our live operations.
Once subscribed, we will receive a notification of your subscription and we require a bit of time to prepare your subscriptions in the back-end.
Test phase
After we have configured and approve your sandbox product, you will receive a set of api keys that will be required to be sent over with each request you make.
From now on you can test you the api's available in your sandbox product. Some of the products maybe straight forward enough to get started with and test on your own. Other product might be bit harder but we are here for you via mail or we can setup a call to take you through the actual product.
Go Live
Once you reached a level of confidence and maturity using our api products and we performed some tests to prove your implementation is working, we will approve your production product by which you will receive a set of production keys.
